Job summary

Dermalogica LLC in Carson, CA, seeks a digital marketing leader to own Dermalogica.com's organic and paid search presence across traditional search engines, AI search surfaces, and YouTube. You will drive new customer acquisition by leading SEO, AEO, Paid Search, and YouTube campaigns.

You will develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies, manage Paid Search, optimize YouTube funnel campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with content, creative, web, and agency partners in a hybrid

Qualifications

BA/BS degree preferred.
1–3 years of digital marketing experience.
Hands-on with organic search, video, or AI search optimization.
Agency setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and support the SEO strategy for Dermalogica.com across technical, on-page, and content elements.
Build and execute an AEO strategy to grow presence in AI-generated answers and AI search surfaces.
Develop and manage Paid Search strategy across platforms and optimize campaigns with agency support.
Plan, launch, and optimize YouTube campaigns across the funnel with audience strategy and testing.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery and optimization across paid and organic channels.
Produce detailed performance analyses to guide weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy.
Collaborate with content, creative, web, and agency partners on overlapping search and video initiatives.
Support creative project management and new workflow processes for search and video assets.
Monitor competitor activity and assess impact on strategy.
Manage channel budgets and billing for paid search and YouTube.
