DoorDash USA is seeking an Associate Manager for New Verticals - Fulfillment Dasher Strategy & Operations. You will drive strategy and execution to build a reliable Dasher supply and the tools used in-store, across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.

New Verticals is an exciting team at DoorDash that is building and scaling new ways to delight our customers beyond restaurant delivery.
Our Fulfilment and Logistics team has three major mandates to effectively onboard merchants, fulfill every order with speed & accuracy and improve our logistics network. We are able to do this by identifying efficiencies, building product toolings and launching operational processes at scale. You will own metrics, pull operational & product levers and drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail businesses.
We are hiring two Associate Managers within our New Verticals Fulfillment Strategy & Operations team. Strategy & Operations combines strategic thinking, strong analytical problem solving, and operational execution to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive measurable business impact for our New Verticals businesses while working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Operations to bring these solutions to life.
In these roles, you will drive the strategy and execution needed to build a reliable, scalable Dasher supply and tools for all New Verticals offerings. You may work on attracting more Dashers into shopping, building the tools & technology they use in-store, and ensuring the right supply is available in the right place at the right time. You’ll own initiatives that improve the end-to-end Dasher in-store experience and supply strategies that help make shopping more efficient, intuitive, and rewarding. You might even have the opportunity to work on merchant enablement and CPG partnerships with the tools we build!
You will report into a Senior Manager on our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team and be an individual contributor position. We operate in a hybrid model and spend a few days a month in person together. We have two positions so throughout the interview process, we will consider you for two roles and align on role fit throughout the interview process!
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

$105,400 - $155,000 USD
