Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Production team in producing print and digital marketing materials.
• Adapt approved creative into multiple sizes, formats, versions, and campaigns.
• Build and update brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and assets.
• Prepare, package, and preflight files for print vendors, digital platforms, and websites.
• Follow production specs for dimensions, bleeds, color modes, resolution, and fonts.
• Proofread and review work for accuracy, alignment, and version control.
• Organize project files, assets, fonts, and final deliverables using naming standards.
• Source stock imagery and perform basic photo retouching and color correction.
• Incorporate revisions and communicate questions before deadlines.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, copywriters, designers, and production partners.
• Use AI-supported tools responsibly to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Cotton & Company is looking for a detail-driven Production Associate to help transform approved creative concepts into accurate, polished marketing materials for leading luxury real estate developments, residential communities, private clubs, resorts, and lifestyle brands.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you will learn how high-quality agency work moves from design through final delivery. You will support print and digital production, adapt established creative across formats, prepare files to specification, and help ensure every detail is correct before the work goes live.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Production Manager, designers, and Creative Directors in producing print and digital marketing materials.
• Adapt approved creative into multiple sizes, formats, versions, and campaign applications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and update brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, signage, email graphics, social content, and other marketing assets.
• Prepare, package, and preflight files for print vendors, digital platforms, websites, email systems, and internal delivery.
• Follow production specifications for dimensions, bleeds, color modes, resolution, fonts, file formats, links, and output requirements.
• Proofread and review work for accuracy, alignment, image quality, contact information, legal copy, and version control.
• Organize project files, linked assets, fonts, photography, templates, and final deliverables using established naming and storage standards.
• Source stock imagery and perform basic photo retouching, color correction, resizing, and image preparation.
• Incorporate revisions accurately and communicate questions or missing information before they affect a deadline.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, copywriters, designers, digital teams, and production partners to keep projects moving.
• Use approved AI-supported creative and production tools responsibly to improve efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or quality.

Qualifications

• Degree, certificate, coursework, or comparable hands‑on experience in graphic design, visual communications, production design, or a related field.
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating foundational layout, typography, image, and production skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Foundational understanding of typography, page composition, grids, color, image resolution, and brand consistency.
• Strong proofreading, organization, file‑management, and communication skills.
• Comfort working on a Mac and learning new creative, workflow, and AI-supported tools.
• Knowledge of print production, digital advertising, email design, motion graphics, video, or luxury real estate is a plus, but not required.
