Position Summary

The Associate Manager will be supporting research for all EHI categories by partnering with members of Global Marketing, located in both the US and International markets to help generate consumer and shopper insights that can be translated into the development of brand strategy, communications, marketing activation, new product ideas and other aspects of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire research lifecycle for studies conducted in-house including translating raw business questions into research objectives, writing surveys, analyzing data, pulling together objective recommendations, and creating PPT reports.
  • Proactively find and share consumer trends impacting our business and categories.
  • Build and maintain working relationships and channels of communication with business partners to ensure delivery of appropriate consumer-based learning.
  • Assist with analysis related to strategy, corporate reporting, category, consumer, competitive intelligence and other areas as required.
What we are looking for
  • 4-year degree required; MMR or MBA in Marketing Sciences/Consumer Research preferred.
  • At least 4 years of marketing research/consumer insights experience including a combination of consumer and syndicated (scanning & panel) research.
  • A combination of client and supplier side research experience preferred.
  • A solid understanding and/or experience in various qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
  • Hands-on experience managing the entire research life cycle.
  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves where needed and take care of any aspect of the research life cycle.
  • A passion for consumer research, having the voice of the consumer top of mind, and being passionate about delivering objective results to help answer/solve business questions.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and ability to translate data into action-oriented insights.
  • Experience with a survey programming tool.
  • Experience with SPSS.
  • Ability to proactively gather data/information on general consumer trends and effectively communicate potential impact to the business, strategy, and brands.

Total Rewards Package

The salary range for this position is USD $87,000.00/Yr. - USD $116,000.00/Yr. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
