Compensation Range: $85,000 – $90,000

Location: United States, Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

The company also offers Virtual Care Management Services through a cloud-based platform connecting patients, providers, and the healthcare team. Job Summary:

The Associate Manager of VCM oversees the clinical delivery of virtual care management services, including staff management, scheduling, evaluation, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of RN and care management team members.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of remote RNs and non-licensed team members.
  3. Evaluate nursing care quality, ensure compliance with scope of practice and licensure.
  4. Promote team alignment with Cardiac RMS core values.
  5. Collaborate on clinical policies, compliance, quality assurance, and training.
  6. Coordinate with HR and Learning & Development on onboarding and training.
  7. Follow up with clients to ensure partnership success and goal achievement.
  8. Address clinical issues and complaints promptly to build strong relationships.
  9. Support sales and marketing efforts for VCM services, including participation in calls and meetings.
  10. Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  11. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted compact state RN license.
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, with remote care management experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of direct management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Good judgment, proactive approach, and leadership capability.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for extended periods at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Viewing monitors for long durations.
  • Ability to move and use office equipment as needed.
