Associate Manager, B2B Sales Support (Remote)

The Associate Manager, B2B Sales Support is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Sales Support team to ensure effective client support and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position manages team performance, conducts workload analysis, and engages with clients/sales teams to align on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while driving execution and delivering on strategic objectives. Through effective leadership and communication, he/she/they facilitate a positive team environment to meet client needs in a dynamic and diverse setting.

What You Will Do in This Role
  1. Supervise daily activities of the Sales Support team to ensure effective client support and SLA adherence.
  2. Monitor and review performance metrics and staff-related matters to support team development and engagement.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to performance management processes.
  4. Identify and develop succession plans for potential leaders within the team.
  5. Facilitate management meetings and team huddles to keep the team informed and motivated.
  6. Lead operational reviews and alignment meetings with clients and sales counterparts.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and systems for enhanced customer experience.
  8. Maintain clear and timely communication with support teams and clients to meet expectations and resolve escalations.
Your Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience preferred.
  2. Ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate competing deadlines.
  3. Experience with process improvement and standardization.
  4. Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment.
  5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Effective people management, leadership, and coaching skills.
