Responsibilities

  • Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
  • Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving productivity objectives.
  • Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting maintenance needs, keeping areas clean and orderly.
  • Assist Team Leader to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicate anticipated material shortages, identify required tool maintenance, and communicate quality and productivity issues.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
  • Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
  • Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
  • Assist Team Leader to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to be on his/her feet (standing and walking) for up to 4 hours at a time. Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive stooping and bending. Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive crouching and crawling, pushing and pulling. Performing squeezing the trigger of a staple/nail gun that weigh in a range of 1 – 3 lbs. for up to 8 hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting all these general physical demands of the job
