Job summary

Globus Medical, a leader in musculoskeletal solutions, is seeking an Associate Loaner Processing Technician. This role handles shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing loaner sets, instruments, implants, and related materials, ensuring quality and proper documentation while supporting order fulfillment.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, uphold regulatory standards, complete transfer orders, manage inventory, and assist with compliance programs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Audit, inspect and store loaner sets.
  • Create, review, confirm and print transfer orders.
  • Verify serial labels and document discrepancies with corrective actions.
  • Ensure visual, cosmetic, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material location records.
  • Package and ship loaner sets with accurate documentation.
  • Perform bin-to-bin transfers using handheld scanners.
  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Associate Loaner Processing Technician is responsible for shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing loaner sets, instruments, implants, and related materials. This role ensures product quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards while supporting order fulfillment and inventory control.

Essential Functions:
  • Audit, inspect (instruments & implants), and put away loaner sets
  • Create, review, confirm, and print transfer orders
  • Verify serial labels and document discrepancies with corrective actions
  • Ensure visual, cosmetic, and quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material location records
  • Package and strap sets for shipment, ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Perform bin-to-bin transfers using handheld scanners
  • Process loose parts, sterile loose part sets, extra retrieval sets, and black sets (sterile parts & MAGEC X)
  • Support compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, AdvaMed/MedTech Code, and applicable regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
  • Ensures compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Physical Requirements:

Frequent sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Regular lifting up to 10 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision with ability to adjust focus.
