Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Loaner Processing Technician to ship, receive, inspect, store, and distribute loaner sets, implants, and related materials. You will ensure product quality, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance while supporting order fulfillment and inventory control.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, less than one year of related experience, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Audit, inspect (instruments & implants), and put away loaner sets.
  • Create, review, confirm, and print Transfer Orders.
  • Verify serial labels and document discrepancies with corrective actions.
  • Ensure visual, cosmetic, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material location records.
  • Package and strap sets for shipment, ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Perform bin-to-bin transfers using handheld scanners.
  • Process loose parts, sterile loose part sets, extra retrieval sets, and black sets (sterile parts & MAGEC X).
  • Support compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, AdvaMed/MedTech Code, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
