Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of related experience; an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Familiarity with RHEL server administration.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification within 6 months of start date.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance, SCI access prior to start.
• Experience with information security guidelines for classified networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Linux Systems Administrator on large, classified government contracts.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers in written and verbal formats.
• Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems coordinating with network, software, and system engineers and project managers.
• Support multiple networks and ensure necessary administration tasks are completed.
• Analyze requirements and determine equipment and software needs for solutions.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
