Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking clinicians to join a physician-led behavioral health team providing assessments and ongoing medication management. The role offers flexible full-time schedules in outpatient settings, with remote and hybrid options to support work-life balance.

We value collaborative care, strong communication, and leadership as we deliver integrated therapy and medication management across communities in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Associate license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Accepted licenses: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and appropriate placement within continuum of care.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records within our EHR.
• Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services.
• Refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other treatments.
• The above responsibilities are not all inclusive of this role's responsibilities.
