Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its in-house legal team in Los Angeles, CA. The role offers a base salary range of $160K-$190K plus bonus, with opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on sophisticated real estate transactions.

You will draft and negotiate leases, acquisition agreements, financing documents, and joint ventures, while supporting the business on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a highly regarded law school.
• Active California Bar membership required.
• 2+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, or joint ventures.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity

Commercial Real Estate Attorney | In-House Counsel

An established commercial real estate investment and development firm is seeking an attorney to join its in-house legal team. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior legal leadership on sophisticated real estate transactions while gaining broader exposure to the business and taking ownership of a variety of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
