Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in listed related fields.
• Experience in organizational development or workplace learning required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience (project management, coaching, consulting, team lead).
• Facilitation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching leaders on leadership development, performance management, and team building.
• Consultation with leaders to assess learning needs and create action plans.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs.
• Plan and evaluate learning programs and initiatives to support strategy.
• Contribute to organizational development to improve leadership capabilities.
