Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. We offer some WFH flexibility. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling domestic cases such as divorce, dissolution, child custody, and prenuptial agreements. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, legal research, preparation of legal documents, and court appearances. Our firm culture is fast-paced, focused, and we think, a lot of fun!

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Experience in handling domestic cases, including divorce, dissolution, child custody, and prenuptial agreements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client consultation and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents and court filings
• Experience with mediation sessions and conflict resolution
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio

We are looking for a 2021-2024 law school graduate with some experience in family law. Our goal is to create a legal team capable of delivering the highest quality of work to our clients. If you want to develop your legal and litigation skills, join us!
