Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of language/translation projects assigned to the individual.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure translations comply with instructions and are linguistically proper.
• Communicate issues, caveats, or additional information to sales staff promptly.
• Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to, including industry leaders and current events.
• Investigate/resolve client complaints and work with QA/Management to implement systemic changes as needed.
• Perform other special projects or duties as required.
