Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years IT support or help desk experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Windows workstations and Windows Server concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory users, groups, and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 and identity-related administration tasks.
• Perform basic system checks and remediation following documented procedures.
• Assist with endpoint management and user lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis under supervision.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Follow standardized change and security processes.
