Job summary

EasyPay Finance is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to join our Vista, CA team. This on‑site role supports identity, devices, and cloud services across Azure, Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft 365, delivering proactive IT management and strong end‑user support.

You will work with employees across the company, resolving issues quickly and contributing to our IT operations with a focus on reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement in a full Microsoft stack environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support, helpdesk or systems administration
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Experience with Intune or similar MDM
• Experience with Jamf or Mac/iOS management
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Familiar with enterprise firewalls and managed switches
• Familiar with SSO and SCIM provisioning concepts
• Hands-on desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Willingness to learn Power Apps / Power Automate
• Experience using Jira Service Desk / ServiceNow / Zendesk

Responsibilities

• Administer and support identity, access, and permissions in Entra ID
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM provisioning
• Manage Windows via Intune and Mac/iOS via Jamf
• Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs
• Support cloud infra in Azure and Microsoft 365 services
• Troubleshoot network issues, firewall and VPN problems
• Provide in-person and remote end-user support
• Document processes in Confluence and maintain runbooks
• Log and track tickets in Jira Service Desk
