Job summary

EasyPay Finance, headquartered in Vista, California, seeks an Associate Systems Administrator to join our hands‑on IT team on site. You will maintain identity, endpoint, network, cloud services, and day‑to‑day desktop support across the Microsoft stack.

You will work directly with employees to troubleshoot issues, manage Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, and 365 workloads, and document configurations in Confluence while adhering to our runbooks and security standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Intune or similar MDM.
• Experience with Jamf or Mac/iOS management platforms.
• Solid networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with SSO applications and SCIM provisioning.
• Experience with Jira Service Desk and Confluence for ticketing and docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑person and remote IT support to end users.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets in Jira Service Desk.
• Maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
• Support and maintain Azure VMs and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Assist with network, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure tasks.
