Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL is seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst to join the ITSM team to coordinate audit and compliance activities. You will work with audit teams and IT service area experts on audits of ITSM processes and controls, gaining exposure to IT risk, process design, and governance.

This role supports annual audit planning, evidence gathering, and process documentation, with alignment to SOX, ISO, NIST, CMMC frameworks and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 12 months or in the final year of study.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Internal Audit, IT Security, IT Compliance, and external audit teams on audits involving IT Service Management processes.
• Manage and maintain a yearly audit planning calendar to ensure IT audit milestones are achieved.
• Track and manage all audit requests to completion.
• Prepare process documentation and IT control evidence to fulfill SOX, ISO, NIST, CMMC, and other audit/compliance requirements.
• Query data from the ServiceNow system as part of IT control testing.
• Perform operational ServiceNow user access reviews to fulfill IT compliance requirements.
• Participate in annual IT process walkthrough meetings with external auditors for the SOX audit of IT General Controls over Financial Reporting.
• Draft management’s response to auditor inquiries and/or audit findings with ITSM leadership.
• Assist ITSM leadership in developing ITSM process governance and policy documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring process issues and opportunities to improve ITSM processes.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst to join the IT Service Management (ITSM) team to coordinate ITSM audit and compliance activities. Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to IT Service Management, business analysis, or project coordination through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
• Strong communication skills, listening skills, and the ability to ask thoughtful questions.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of software development, IT controls, and IT change management concepts
• Exposure to regulatory, operational, and security frameworks such as SOX, ISO, NIST, and CMMC, or the willingness to learn within the first year.
