This is a 100 percent defense-side litigation role handling sophisticated general liability matters, with the opportunity to support aviation-related disputes depending on experience and interest.

$100,000 to $200,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, including premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, and similar matters.
• Experience level sufficient to work up a case with minimal supervision (including independently managing core litigation tasks).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Aviation-related litigation experience is a strong plus.
