Job summary

Qualtrics seeks an Associate Instructional Designer to develop engaging digital training content and just-in-time learning across multiple modalities. You will own end-to-end content creation, leverage AI tools for drafting and media production, and collaborate with senior IDs and SMEs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will grow in experience management knowledge, work within a global ID community, and participate in a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration several days per week.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in content development or online instructional design.
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or a comparable authoring tool.
• Working knowledge of at least one enablement or learning platform (WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix, or equivalent).
• Comfort designing in Canva or an equivalent visual design tool.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in a design, content, or media production workflow.
• Ability to convert complex, technical information into easy-to-understand formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital content with just-in-time learning that can be produced, published, and updated quickly.
• Create learning content across modalities including e-learning, video, job aids, in-application guidance, and live-session materials.
• Own end-to-end process and timelines for your scope, including LMS entry, beta launch, and launch support with senior review.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, scripting, media creation, and QA while applying instructional judgment.
