Qualtrics, a leading Experience Management company, is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to join the global Go-To-Market Enablement team. You’ll help create just‑in‑time digital content and engage learners across multiple modalities to accelerate product adoption and customer value.

This role emphasizes AI‑assisted design, rapid prototyping, collaboration with subject matter experts, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes across sales, delivery, and account management.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of experience in content development or online instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
• Knowledge of enablement platforms (WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix) and willingness to learn others.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear learner content.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience using AI tools in design, content, or media production.

Aufgaben

• Develop and launch digital content with a just‑in‑time learning focus.
• Create learning materials across modalities including e‑learning, video, and job aids.
• Own end‑to‑end content lifecycle, LMS entry, Beta launch, and launch support.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, scripting, media creation, and QA.
• Interview SMEs and synthesize concepts for accurate content.
• Write course content, scripts, learning activities, and assessments.
• Publicize new training content via internal channels.
• Analyze course activity and feedback to guide refinements.
• Maintain and update the eLearning library with new features.
