Job summary

Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) is seeking an Associate Industrial Engineer to provide analytical and decision-support for operations and workforce analysis in a high-volume guest environment. Under guidance of senior engineers, you will develop analyses, models, and dashboards to inform planning, capacity, and productivity initiatives.

You will extract and clean data, run basic statistics, and help automate reports using cloud-based analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Decision Science, or closely related field.
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Decision Science, or closely related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of applied experience in industrial engineering, analytics, operations research, or related analytical role.
• Experience in hospitality/high-volume service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of analytical and decision-support solutions using industrial engineering and analytics principles.
• Support labor planning, scheduling, and productivity analyses with models and data inputs.
• Extract, clean, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems for analyses.
• Apply trend analysis and basic statistics to support performance measurement and monitoring.
• Prepare dashboards and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
