As an Associate II, QA/QC, you will lead QA efforts to ensure 508 accessibility compliance, collaborate with ISD teams, and drive continuous quality improvements across multi‑workstream projects while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in instructional systems design, QA or related training fields.
  • Deep understanding of the 508-accessibility process and standards.
  • Experience with e-Learning tools such as Articulate 360.
  • Ability to pass Federal background investigations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Pro and MS 365 suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct QA reviews for deliverables to ensure 508 accessibility compliance.
  • Identify issues and communicate them to project teams to improve future deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues and support QA process improvements.
  • Complete reviews with goal of no client quality revision requests.
  • Lead QA/QC processes across multi-workstream projects.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to align expectations.
  • Mentor team members on QA/QC practices and training.
  • Develop QA resources, templates, and best practices.

Position Summary & Key Responsibilities

As an Associate II, QA/QC, you will ensure all deliverables meet Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) standards, Section 508 accessibility requirements, and internal CONSTANT quality expectations. You will serve as a quality lead, collaborating closely with ISD teams to strengthen processes, reduce rework, and enhance client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you'll excel in four key areas:

Project Work
  • Conduct QA reviews for all deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
  • Identify common issues and thoughtfully communicate them to the project team to improve future deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project team members to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
  • Complete review of deliverables with the goal of no quality-related revision requests from the client.
  • Demonstrate fluency in leveraging approved technologies to support the QA/QC process.
  • Manage and support multi‑workstream projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Client Relationship Management
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and maintain trust.
  • Support a high standard of client satisfaction by ensuring timely, high-quality, and error-free work.
  • Anticipate client needs and help shape project approaches that support long-term client success.
Subject-Matter Expertise
  • Develop and apply expertise in QA/QC methodologies, training development standards, and accessibility requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of improved QA resources, templates, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to improve quality performance.
Leadership & Culture
  • Set clear expectations, model professionalism, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Provide candid, timely, and supportive feedback.
  • Practice emotional intelligence: listening to understand, adapting communication styles, and demonstrating respect for differing perspectives.

Must Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of the 508-accessibility process and standards. This should include expertise in Microsoft and Adobe accessibility testing
  • Strong attention to detail, QA/QC mindset, and quality-focused review skills
  • Government contracting experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience (instructional systems design, quality assurance, or related training development fields)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
  • Proficiency in Adobe Pro and MS 365 suite
  • Ability to pass Federal background investigations
  • Experience with e-Learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working with federal government clients
  • DHS Trusted Tester certification
