  • Subject-Matter Expertise:
    • Apply instructional systems design and adult learning expertise to increase interactivity among assigned courses and strengthen learning outcomes
    • Leverage project management skills to manage deadlines, anticipate risk, and practice effective time management
    • Develop and apply functional knowledge of Federal emergency management roles to support training development, working with government and contractor SMEs
    • Support capability growth by training others, sharing best practices, and mentoring early-career team members
  • Leadership and Culture:
    • Manage multiple project team members by aligning expectations, building processes, balancing workloads, and ensuring 360-degree feedback that is timely, candid, and supportive
    • Manage other team members as assigned, serving as a mentor, ensuring clear expectations across workstreams, advising on performance and growth, and managing administrative tasks like timesheets and formal performance management.
    • Communicate project risks and challenges and recommend thoughtful solutions
    • Practice emotional intelligence: listening to understand, adapting communication styles, and demonstrating respect for differing perspectives

Every CONSTANT team member is expected to proactively contribute to our positive and collaborative culture by upholding our core values of integrity, service, quality, team, and gratitude.
