Your Role

As an Associate II, Logistics, you will be an essential part of our warehouse and distribution operations. You’ll help ensure the efficient flow of materials through timely handling, accurate order processing, and inventory support. Your diligence and organization will help maintain a high-performing environment that consistently meets customer and operational goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming materials
  • Prepare and package goods for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and care
  • Process orders efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Support routine inventory audits and assist with stock rotation to ensure product integrity
  • Maintain thorough documentation of shipments, returns, and inventory transactions
  • Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with company standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot inventory issues and enhance operational efficiency
  • Contribute to special initiatives, including packaging, kitting, and custom material handling projects
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations
  • A strong work ethic and ability to perform routine tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Experience in a logistics, warehouse, or materials handling environment
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping/receiving practices
  • Ability to work independently, follow standard procedures, and adapt when needed
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31,800.00 - $47,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives, and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
