Job summary

FIS is hiring for an entry-level production role in Romeoville, IL. This on-site position runs a 12-hour shift schedule (Thu–Sat, 7:00 am–7:30 pm) with entry-level pay and must be able to commute to 1165 Arbor Drive, Romeoville.

You will operate production machinery, load materials, clear jams, and maintain logs while ensuring timely, high-quality card materials output. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and extreme accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines and general office equipment.
• Performs high-speed, high-volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting and sorting to process card materials.
• Sets up equipment, loads materials, clears jams and other simple malfunctions and unloads product from equipment.
• Maintains productivity on all systems and delivers a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.
• Identifies and resolves clearly defined problems.
• Completes and maintains operator reports and logs.
• Reconciles incoming and completed work.
• Communicates all issues, concerns or questions to the Production Department Management team.

Schedule

• **12hr shift. 3 days a week, rotating. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday schedule 7am-730pm
• Must be able to commute on site 1165 Arbor Drive Romeoville, IL 60446

What You Will Be Doing

The pay range for this full-time position is $16.09 - $25.75 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
