Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience supporting business leaders and employees.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS systems and analytics to support decision‑making.
  • Excellent relationship-building, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
