You will collaborate with teams to maintain product data, assist with setup, and help resolve product issues while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of professional business experience preferred.
• Experience in product management, project coordination, healthcare, marketing, operations, purchasing, or data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned products, projects, and business initiatives.
• Maintain product information and related data within company systems.
• Assist with product setup, updates, and lifecycle activities.
• Support the review, documentation, and resolution of product-related issues and complaints.
• Gather and analyze business, products, and market data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
• Complete special projects as assigned, supporting team and organizational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
