Shield HealthCare in Valencia, CA is seeking an Associate Marketing Product Manager to develop and manage a balanced product mix aimed at health care plans and customers. You will support product lifecycle activities, data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement under Product Management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of professional business experience preferred.
• Experience in product management, project coordination, healthcare, marketing, operations, purchasing, or data analysis preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn new processes, systems, and industry concepts.

Shield HealthCare is looking for an Associate Marketing Product Managerto create and manage a solid mix of product lines that is well represented to Health care Plans and our customers. The Associate Product Manager supports the execution and ongoing management of assigned products, projects, and business initiatives under the guidance of Product Management leadership. This role assists with product lifecycle activities, project coordination, data analysis, process improvement efforts, and cross-functional communication.

This is an on-site position in Valencia, CA.

The posted range for this position is $24.00-$30.00 per hour, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay withing the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
