2. About the Opportunity:

The Associate Hardware Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the physical hardware infrastructure within secure data center environments. This role supports mission-critical technology systems by installing, troubleshooting, and decommissioning hardware to ensure continuous operation and client satisfaction.

3. Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware equipment in data center environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues
• Rack and stack servers and other equipment

• Familiarity with raised floor management and network installations
• Knowledge of fiber and copper cabling and legacy technologies
• Understanding of legacy operating systems and mainframe environments

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The estimated pay range is $35,000 to $58,000 annually, varying based on experience and other factors.
• Additional compensation may include an annual bonus plan and equity grants subject to eligibility.
