Position: Associate Growth Product Manager

Our Corporate office seeks an Associate Growth Product Manager to support the website (Drupal/Acquia) development and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to support website technology needs, requiring excellent communication, prioritization, and technical analysis skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000, plus bonuses and benefits. Compensation expectations are encouraged during application.

Primary Job Functions

1. Product Management

• Drive website feature development, process alignment, and efficiencies supporting growth initiatives.
• Define workstreams, create roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring alignment and communication.
• Anticipate and mitigate problems proactively.

1. Project Management

• Support lifecycle management of web projects with proper documentation and adherence to standards.
• Utilize project management tools effectively, requiring minimal supervision.

1. Relationship/Partnership Management

• Act as a primary contact for project support, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, upholding brand and compliance standards.

1. Process Improvements

• Evaluate, document, and train on new project management processes, promoting effective communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related fields.
• Experience managing website priorities, roadmaps, and Agile development.
• Preferred experience with Acquia/Drupal, Confluence, JIRA, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, organizational, and user-centered design knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and related software.

Salary range for the associate level: $87,400 - $131,000, based on experience and qualifications.
