Job description

Join a leading fintech company that’s democratizing finance for all.

Robinhood Markets was founded on a simple idea: that our financial markets should be accessible to all. With customers at the heart of our decisions, Robinhood and its subsidiaries and affiliates are lowering barriers and providing greater access to financial information. Together, we are building products and services that help create a financial system everyone can participate in.

With growth as the top priority...

The business is seeking curious, growth-minded thinkers to help shape our vision, structures, and systems; playing a key role as we launch into our ambitious future. If you’re invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world — we’d love to have you apply.

About the team + role

As a Senior Growth Engagement Manager, you’ll drive how we connect with customers to increase engagement across our products. You will focus on developing and executing a strategic growth roadmap to enhance engagement at every stage of the user journey, including onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and retention.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, research, creative, and data science teams to build campaigns, experiments, and messaging that boost engagement with our products and services. You have a passion for applying a quantitative approach to prioritization and problem-solving, leveraging marketing technology and data as your competitive advantage.

At your core, you are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supported by a talented team of engineers, analysts, content strategists, brand marketers, and product innovators working towards our shared goal: to democratize our financial system.

The role is located in the office location(s) listed on this job description, which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.

What you’ll do
  • Own the strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns: identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities to increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, design, data science, and content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys.
  • Utilize customer segmentation and data analysis to identify opportunities for targeted messaging and personalized experiences.
  • Generate hypotheses based on data to improve marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply basic statistical knowledge (e.g., sample size, significance) to interpret results.
  • Drive creative development and iteration, applying insights from A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 4+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or a comparable data-driven field.
  • Analytical skills and experience with tools/concepts such as Excel, A/B testing, relational databases.
  • Results-oriented mindset with humility, drive, and creativity to achieve goals.
  • Experience with marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation, and message testing.
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML is a plus.
What we offer
  • Competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure.
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees, with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Annual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning, and development.
  • Lifetime maximum benefits for family forming and fertility support.
  • Dedicated mental health support for employees and dependents.
  • Generous time off including holidays, paid leave, sick days, parental leave, and more.
  • Lively office environment with catered meals, stocked kitchens, and commuter benefits.
