Job summary

Dentsu's Iprospect team in New York seeks an Associate, Growth to drive demand generation and support new business initiatives. You will collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to prepare RFIs, pitches, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with prospect motivations and targeting strategies.

You will help develop playbooks, track opportunities, and contribute to thought leadership content while coordinating with lead-gen and practice-area leads to accelerate growth and deliver

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1+ years in a new business role within digital marketing, media, ad-tech, or client-side marketing with project execution focus.
  • Experience in creative agencies or similar environments.
  • Solid understanding of new business processes and marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and marketing tools such as MS Teams, Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management platforms.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration across Practice Areas.
  • Strong strategic thinking, process management, and project coordination skills.
  • Holistic experience contributing to the pitch process from planning through delivery.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives.

Job description

The Associate, Growth plays a central role in driving growth and supporting new business initiatives across the organization. This role contributes to demand generation efforts and provides strategic support for RFIs, pitch development, and marketing execution. Key Responsibilities

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000 -$58,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
