Job summary

Cricut Utah is seeking an experienced Associate Global Product Manager to help develop hardware products that blend technical innovation with consumer appeal. This role offers collaboration with industrial designers, hardware/software engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to drive a disruptive product portfolio.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts, analyze market opportunities, derive consumer insights, and make trade‑offs to bring products to market while shaping Cricut’s world‑class

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience bringing physical B2C hardware to market.
• Background in product management, product marketing, or brand management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; undergrad in business, marketing, design, engineering or liberal arts preferred.
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross‑functional teams on product development and go‑to‑market strategies for a hardware portfolio.
• Perform market opportunity analysis and build business cases for hyper‑growth initiatives.
• Derive consumer insights from learning plans to inform product definition and marketing.

What You'l Do

We are seeking an exceptional and seasoned individual for the position of Associate Global Product Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work in the development of compelling hardware products that blend technical innovation, impeccable design, and strong consumer relevance.

The ideal candidate will be a key part of the team driving Cricut’s next-generation products, enhancing existing products, and furthering the growth of our world-class brand. This role involves close collaboration with:

• Industrial designers
• Hardware and software engineering
• Sales
• Marketing
• Operations
• A global manufacturing team

You will be instrumental in driving a product portfolio that is disrupting the creative world.

What You’ll Do

As a Global Product Manager, you will:

• Work closely with a cross-functional team in the product development and go-to-market strategies for a key portfolio of hardware products.
• Perform market opportunity analysis and build business cases that support hyper-growth initiatives.
• Actively participate in consumer learning plans, deriving consumer insights to inform product definition and marketing.
• Make fundamental trade-off decisions that balance strategic and execution considerations when bringing products to market.

Qualifications

Experience and Education

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience bringing physical products (business to consumer hardware) to market (ideally with some technical component).
  • Background in product management, product marketing, or brand management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Undergraduate business, marketing, design, engineering, or liberal arts preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
