Job Description

The Cricut Creative Department is a multi-faceted team of dreamers and doers who bring the Cricut brand to life through exceptional creative content. This in-house team turns business strategy into visual reality with best-in-class, forward-thinking solutions that consider the full scope of consumer touchpoints. The team is comprised of four key areas: Design, Copy, Project Design, and Operations. Together, their work helps people lead creative lives.

The Creative Department’s Design Team is a highly collaborative group of channel experts who amplify Marketing strategy and Concept’s look and feel through the design and delivery of content at scale. This team knows the purpose and nuance of every consumer touchpoint and ensures the visual expression of Cricut’s creative content is most relevant and impactful to our target audiences. Since they are accountable for final delivery of assets, they will lead optimization and redelivery of assets based on business needs.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Designer to join our growing Creative team and help scale our digital brand presence.

As a Digital Designer at Cricut, you will be responsible for creating compelling, on‑brand digital assets across a wide range of channels, including our website, email campaigns, product detail pages (PDPs), Design Space, and paid media such as Facebook ads. This mid‑level role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and brings innovative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital assets for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and evergreen content
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Global Product Management, Copy, and DTC to ensure visual consistency across platforms
  • Develop layouts and assets for website pages, emails, PDPs, social and digital ads, and in‑app experiences (Design Space)
  • Use Figma to create and manage digital design components, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are optimized for performance and usability across platforms
  • Assist in the testing and iteration of creative based on performance data and user feedback
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on e‑commerce and digital marketing
Qualifications

  • Experience designing for e‑commerce and/or performance marketing is strongly preferred
  • Ability to interpret briefs, take direction, and provide multiple creative solutions
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for creativity, design, and helping users bring their ideas to life
  • Experience working on creative for mobile apps or digital tools
  • Interest in crafting, DIY, or Cricut’s product ecosystem
  • Motion graphics or light animation skills (e.g., After Effects) are a plus
Additional Information

A Quick Note Before You Apply…

Cricut is in an exciting chapter of transformation. We’re evolving fast—refining our strategy, growing our teams, and raising the bar across everything we do. This is an incredible opportunity for the right kind of person—but it’s not for everyone.

We’re looking for A-players—people who thrive in dynamic environments, turn challenges into momentum, and consistently deliver their best work. If that sounds like you, read on.

Here’s what makes someone a great fit for this role (and for this moment at Cricut):
  • You move with urgency. You don’t wait for perfect clarity to act—you start, learn, and adjust.
  • You set high standards. You take ownership, deliver quality, and hold yourself accountable.
  • You stay focused when things move fast. You prioritize what matters most and tune out the noise.
  • You collaborate like a pro. You elevate others, communicate clearly, and bring a low‑ego, high‑output energy.
  • You embrace AI as part of your toolkit. From idea exploration to data analysis and creative problem‑solving, you leverage AI to accelerate innovation and amplify impact—because technology and creativity go hand‑in‑hand here.
One More Thing (It’s a Big One)

This role is in‑office at least 4–5 days per week. We believe real collaboration, innovation, and culture are built face‑to‑face. If you’re energized by working alongside smart, kind, creative people—and love those hallway conversations that spark the next great idea—you’ll feel right at home.

If you’re looking for a fully remote role, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re excited by challenge, purpose, and building something better—let’s make something amazing together.
