Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail including clienteling, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Computer skills including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain professionalism.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, sales-focused personality with the ability to partner effectively with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the General Manager in driving sales performance and store profitability.
• Develop, train, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve comp store results.
• Monitor day-to-day store activities, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work on the selling floor to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and support clienteling efforts.
• Collaborate on events, marketing, and client experience initiatives and present competitive insights to the General Manager and corporate partners.
• Support back-of-house operations including inventory, POS systems, shipping and receiving, maintenance, security, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards and enforce security measures to minimize shrink.
