Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; ability to become licensed in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for sophisticated commercial transactions, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of agreements for a large, research-intensive institution.
• Advise on procurement policies, contracting processes, competitive sourcing, vendor relationships, and complex agreements.
• Provide primary counsel on institutional affiliation agreements with academic, healthcare, governmental, nonprofit, and private sector partners.
• Assist with acquisitions/divestitures, AI, and data privacy and information security; advise on risk and governance.
