Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited school of law.
• Five years of full-time, paid legal experience in litigation, public sector or corporate setting.
• Experience handling tort and liability matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to the Board of Education and district employees on a wide array of issues.
• Directly handles and oversees complex tort litigation and claims.
• Develop litigation strategies and supervise junior counsel.
• Advise leaders on risk, compliance and policy implications.
