Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Active license to practice law and good standing with the bar association.
• Preferred experience at a law firm, regulated exchange, or trading firm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for legal and compliance matters.
• Provide leadership and training on legal policies.
• Advise on financial market regulatory obligations.
• Participate in business and product development meetings.
• Support establishment of counterparty agreements.
• Manage Fund board meetings and governance matters.
• Support internal investigations and regulatory inquiries.
