Qualifications

• Minimum two years of legal experience.
• Experience with contract management, drafting, and review.
• Must have a law degree and NC bar admission.
• Effective communication with outside attorneys, senior management, and business associates.
• Familiarity with healthcare, employment, labor, corporate, HIPAA, contracts, transactions, torts, property, cyber law and privacy.
