Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar and four years of legal experience after admission.
• Eighteen months in supervision of other attorneys in admin/managerial capacity.
• Strong writing skills and experience in executive-level advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation and enforcement units in administrative and state/federal courts.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and manage deadlines and team performance.
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Lead training and development for legal and investigative staff.
