Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Ohio bar or eligible to practice in Ohio within one year or less.
• Approval of the Ohio Attorney General's Office required to serve as Assistant Attorney General of Ohio.
• Minimum six years of experience in a law firm or corporation focusing on sophisticated business and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and services to the Office of Business and Finance and department heads.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and sophisticated limited partnership agreements for funds.
• Supervise outside counsel and manage legal research and special projects.
