The Associate General Counsel takes primary ownership of Rosecrance’s regulatory, HIPAA privacy, and transactional legal work. Working under the General Counsel and with the Senior Counsel, this hands‑on in‑house role knows behavioral health regulation, is comfortable being embedded with operations, and can handle transactional and corporate governance work as our organization grows through affiliations and expansion.
