You will support mergers, affiliations, and regulatory matters across states, partnering with clinical operations to guide day-to-day decisions and ensure compliance.

The Associate General Counsel takes primary ownership of Rosecrance’s regulatory, HIPAA privacy, and transactional legal work. Working under the General Counsel, this hands-on in-house role knows behavioral health regulation, is comfortable being embedded with operations, and can handle transactional and corporate governance work as our organization grows through affiliations and expansion.
