Dream Finders Homes LLC is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance across the company and its subsidiaries. You will advise on corporate governance, contracts, risk, and regulatory matters to support business objectives.

The role requires strong communication with leadership, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance risk with growth. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment.

The primary role of the Associate General Counselis to provide competent legal representation to the company and its subsidiaries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of law in area of competency.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills; and appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
• Responsible for performance management, including annual reviews, goal setting and providing on-going feedback.
• Effectively communicate and work with employees and internal divisions.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Ability to workin a team and independentlyin a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

• Law degree
• Exceptional communication skills -- both written and verbal
• Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key businesspartners
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
