Dream Finders Homes is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide competent legal representation to the company and its subsidiaries. This role will oversee legal matters, risk assessment, and collaboration with leadership to guide business decisions.

You will lead performance reviews, support internal divisions, and handle ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced office environment, while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication with teams.

The primary role of theAssociate General Counselistoprovide competent legal representation to the company and its subsidiaries.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Knowledge of law in area of competency.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills; and appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
• Responsible for performance management, including annual reviews, goal setting and providing on-going feedback.
• Effectively communicate and work with employees and internal divisions.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Ability to workin a team and independentlyin a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree
• Law degree
