Viridan Group is partnered with a leading clean energy IPP focused on utility solar, BESS and wind projects. Their legal team is looking to hire a Associate General Counsel to lead the drafting and negotiating of critical EPC agreements, procurement contracts, and asset management agreements.

Requirements

• 8+ years drafting and negotiating EPC agreements, supply agreements and O&M agreements for energy projects at a law firm or comparable in-house environment
• License to practice law in any state in the US
• This is a hybrid role based in Austin, reporting to the General Counsel
