• Assist in project finance-related transactions, including Know-Your-Customer diligence.
• Contribute to development and improvement of contract templates and internal processes.

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel on behalf of its client, a utility-scale solar, wind, and storage developer headquartered in Durham, NC. The Associate Corporate Counsel will support the project development pipeline from site acquisition to construction, providing expertise in corporate formation documents, contract drafting and negotiation, and general support to the legal team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including power purchase agreements, EPC-related agreements, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and M&A transactions.
• Provide expertise in organizational formation documents and manage related processes.
• Assist in project finance-related transactions (ancillary supporting documents, Know-Your-Customer diligence, etc.).
• Contribute to the development and improvement of contract templates and internal processes.
