Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Associate Franchise Account Manager in Columbus, OH to support franchise partner relationships and oversee day-to-day operations for a Territory Partner.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and ensure brand consistency across markets. You will review performance metrics, support forecasting, and help implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 2+ years in corporate retail, franchise experience a plus.
• Understanding of retail product development timeline/calendar.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational skills with multi‑project management.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in coordinating Franchise partner relationships.
• Review performance metrics and revenue forecasts with Franchisees, finance and regional teams.
• Address Franchise partner concerns promptly and collaboratively.
• Assist in managing complex strategies across multiple internal and external teams.

This person will also assist in driving process evolution to ensure sustainable growth potential in this channel and establishing consistency through training and tools. Our goal is proper Brand representation that reaches each partner’s unique customer and drives growth across all brands/genders.This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. **What Will You Be Doing?*** Support the Account Manager in leading the coordination of all aspects of the Franchise partner(s) relationship.* Regularly review performance metrics and revenue forecast within channel in collaboration with Franchisee(s), finance and regional team* Problem solve with the Account Manager to address Franchise partner concerns promptly and work collaboratively to find solutions* Assist in managing complex strategies across multiple internal and external teams.
